Beyond my passion for creativity, I’m also deeply interested in team dynamics. What makes someone trust their manager more—or less? What builds trust among coworkers? And how do people connect with the goals of the corporate world? I started facilitating workshops in 2021 to help teams bring out their best, combining technical knowledge with hands-on practice—and I haven’t stopped since.
